AMANDA WIDEMAN
Amanda Wideman brings over 13 years of experience as a Paramedic in British Columbia, Canada, where she served as a first responder in both urban and remote regions. Her work placed her on the front lines of a wide range of emergencies—from highway accidents and medical crises to complex mental health situations. Known for her calm presence and ability to create a sense of safety amidst chaos, Amanda’s approach has always centered on compassionate, grounded care.
Transitioning from emergency response to holistic healing, Amanda is a certified 200-Hour Yoga Instructor with a focus on Yin Yoga. Her sessions emphasize breath awareness, nervous system regulation, and intentional, somatic movement—guiding participants into deeper states of rest and self-awareness.
Amanda is also a certified Trauma-Informed Coach through Moving the Human Spirit, and has completed Plant Medicine Integration Coaching training with Kat Courtney. With a strong belief that all answers reside within, she is deeply committed to supporting others in reconnecting with their inner wisdom.
Her work includes somatic movement, breathwork, subconscious illumination, art therapy, toning, and dreamwork. Amanda offers guidance in exploring the subconscious and enhancing intuitive insight, especially through practices that promote dream recall and inner reflection. She integrates personal experience with plant allies that support emotional processing and intuitive clarity.
In addition to her healing work, Amanda is the author of two books: Surrender: How a Near Death Experience Changed My Perception of Life and Diary of a Dreamer. Her writing reflects her deep commitment to transformation, self-inquiry, and conscious living.
